I also know that I made a mistake with our shop prices. I wanted to offer quality european goods for fair prices according to conditions I got from manufacturers, from transportations, from local taxes and getting also some fair profit according to an average level of the local salaries. I cannot compare AirChrony as I am only local seller here in Sweden, as I know. I sold a few pieces only and I did not get any good conditions from manufacturer yet, so AirChrony is not cheap (but not really expensive neither, I believe). Our netto profit from Standalone version is 87 SEK. Yes - just 87 SEK from final price of 1170 SEK. No room for rabats, sorry...

Anyway, we try to offer some small additional service. At least I wrote my own users guide which is much better then original and - unlike the manufacturer - I printed this users guide to paper and put one copy on every chrony I sold. We try to keep some stock here, so I can offer quick delivery. And I pay local taxes also, especially moms

Yes, it has a memory function:

1) There is a room for 250 shots in an operational memory. This memory clears when power is off. So, each time you turn chrono ON, your chrono starts recording up to 250 shots from scratch. Recorded shots are used for statistical calculations, which can be displayed if you wish - minimum, maximum and average speed, difference between minimum and maximum, average consistency, etc. If you shoot more then 250 shots, the oldest record disappeares and a new is recorded - so, at any given time, you can see your LAST 250 shots.

2) Before you turn your chrono OFF, you can save the content of the operational memory to the separate permanent memory. This permanent memory holds its content regardles the power supply. So you can use recorded and saved data later - either load them back to the operational memory to be displayed directly on the chrono itself or download them to the computer using an COM/USB adapter.

It is possible, but not recommended, to measure .22LR ammo.
Chrono itself was designed especially for weapons like airguns, paintball or airsoft, it can measure velocities from 5 m/s up to 500 m/s.
Sensors and electronic are covered inside the upper part of the metallic box, behind the display. But IR LEDs and batteries are placed in the open space at the bottom of the chrono...

It seems like Airchrony works fine in any light condition.
My current Chrony does not like anything but normal daylight.
I know I can buy illumination from Chrony but it will end up with a quite bulky package.
I will place an order on one of these.

AirChrony has its own in-built illumination by InfraRed LEDs.

So yes, it works at almost any light conditions.
Even in the complete darkness or under poor artifical light indoors.
Because of InfraRed illumination, it is not affected by a normal visible light.

Hovewer under some rare circumstances it can be theoretically affected by a strong direct Sunshine, if it 'overheats'.
But i tested it in Onsala during very bright clear day under direct Sunshine last year and it worked well.

Never seen this one before but very interesting. However do I have a question: Is it made only for measuring speeds without aiming at a target? This question came up after seeing the video, and I can be wrong.
I thinking of buying one, but like to have this thought cleared before a order.

Any comments on how to program new weight on the pellets to calculate energy?

There are two models of AirChrony available right now:

With barrel mounted version you can aim and shoot the target as you wish
Then later you can evaluate each shot thanks to the in-built memory...

With AirChrony you can very easily set the pellet weigth in grams, so the AirChrony will immediatelly display the muzzle velocity AND the energy in Joules.

Setting the bullet weight is a function on the screen #2, easily accesible from the 'main screen' by pressing the button S1...
